The Lincolnshire Primary Care Network Alliance (LPCNA) is the united voice of the 14 Primary Care Networks (PCNs) across the county. Together, we collaborate with system partners to elevate the role of PCNs and shape the future of primary care strategy, all with the goal of improving the health and wellbeing of our local communities.

"Our vision is to create a powerful, shared resource for PCNs, enabling them to deliver more coordinated and effective care by pooling staff, services, and expertise, as well as taking on collective primary care contracts beyond the PCN Directed Enhanced Service (DES)."

To make this vision a reality, establishing a formal business structure with robust governance and processes is a top priority. While the journey to set up the PCNA legal entity has faced its share of delays and challenges, we’re now focused on overcoming these hurdles. By building on the progress made so far, we aim to strengthen our role within the Lincolnshire healthcare system and work alongside other key partners as a trusted and integral player.

Transparency and collaboration are at the heart of our approach. We’re committed to clearly communicating our plans and intentions, ensuring everyone understands where we align - and where we differ - so that together, we can carve out a shared space in the system that benefits all. The LPCNA is not just about today; it’s about shaping a stronger, more connected future for primary care in Lincolnshire.
